Ns/Tr co. Ks | You guys that say it's always been tough to buy farm land... Give me a break! I know of numerous purchases that were made in our area that the first crop grossed enough to pay for the ground. Also do some simple math here. In our area in the mid 1990s you could buy farm ground for $4-500/ acre. Which was 130-165 bu/acre of wheat. Now it's 23-2800. Which is 320-400 bu/ac. Which is harder to purchase? | |
