| I figured there would be people that would disagree with my reasoning and rightly so, I just wanted the poster to think it completely through before deciding. Alot of guys that eventually buy a combine of their own usually end up putting up a shed or adding onto existing storage. If you already have room for it that is different. Insurance is another cost to consider. I like my setup because it allows me to keep running my old combine instead of spending big bucks to upgrade to what I would need if I didn't hire some done. I'm also gaining a hired man when he is combining so I don't need to find help to haul and possibly get hurt or wreck some equipment. It really depends on finding a custom operator who tries hard to satisfy you. | |
