| i have a 1460 that I think is a great combine. I went up from a f2 so it was like going from model a to a corvette. You can find these pretty cheap now and you will have very little trouble out of it if it has been taken care of. I only farm 400 acres and that's no problem for this machine even as old as it is. Never owned a deere but have known people that do and they like them as well. If you get one with the standard rotor you will need the disrupter bars in the grates when thrashing soybeans. It will eat corn like it's going out of style but has some trouble if beans are'nt real dry without the disrupter's. Good luck. | |
