From now on I want to cancel contracts that no longer look good too. Any takers?

Some people have think skulls. It's been explained on here time and time again how the finances work when china cancels, yet most of you won't accept it.

Really try engaging the brain a bit. Pretend you are CEO of ADM or Cargill, and think how you could make a transaction with china work. What provisions would you put in the contract for cancellations?

If the current market price is lower then the contracted price, china would have to pay the difference plus a penalty to get out of the contact.

If the current market price is higher then the contracted price, china would make a profit on the cancellation minus a cancellation fee.

Just like if you had a contract at the elevator.

Hinfarm... if you want out of a contract, I'm sure there is a provision for that.
