I would bet that if you are willing to buy the same amount of bushels that china is buying they would give you the same terms. Everyone seems to think that China can just cancel without any penalties but none of us know what terms they were given when they signed the contracts. I am sure the sellers are watching out for themselves. I would guess that both sides of the deal are coming out in pretty good shape.
