Western Nebraska
I'd warm it up right away. I am same weather as u, had one born round 4 am, gave her an hour and momma licked the whole time, calf still wet, shivering. Every time calf tried to rise, non-mother comes and knocks calf down and fights mother. Brought calf in and its gonna make it FOR SURE now. Warm till dry, or u still have frozen ears. Use propane forced heater-no fumes like kerosene/diesel heater to ruin calf scent. Cow should still claim. Landlady won't let me put calf in bathtub.
