I just had the same problem last week. I tried the salt hot water all of the tricks. I couldn't get anything to work. I ended up getting a plumber with a hot water jetter. He had it cleaned out in less than an hour and it was 200 feet away from the clean out. The salt takes days to do anything if it will work at all.
