If you can get to the open end like they did with the camera you can make up a steamer like in the attached picture. It's amazing how quickly it will melt the blockage. Then to keep it flowing is the trick. If you can put compressed air to it you can blow it empty after each use but for a house that's inconvenient. Maybe have to keep water running. There must be a sag in the line because if the drain is sloped properly and vented correctly it should empty before it freezes.
