South Central Nebraska | Thanks Ted, that is encouraging. I was thinking the same thing about the autoswath boom section lengths. I currently have my 90' boom set up with 10 sections. The outside ones are about 6 ft and the inner sections are 15'. The reason we are looking at a sidekick is because we are thinking about going to a 3pt boom on a 8410T with saddle tanks. I don't want to have to always clean out the saddle tanks when switching chemicals. With the sidekick I would just have water in the tanks.
Do you think 6 15' sections would work out better? Also would it work better to have the boom valves closer to the actual boom sections? | |
