I have a couple of guys doing it for me-but the best ones are the ones that feed in partnership owning 1/2 the cattle with myself,and follow my suggestions to a tee-we will be closing out that feeder;s pen next week,and his profit;s look very good
what bothers me the most is when you make suggestions an they do not want to do it that way,
but then I guess I don't know anything
Probably to be a good feedr filling the young mans lot you have to have done it yourself-which I did for 7 plus years custom feeding for a mean sob-he taught me a lot in a short 7 years-my problem is I'm not a mean sob with guys feeding for me
One thing that a guy has to remember if feeding for some one-that guy filling your lot is right-wither you like it or not! | |
