My nephew that lives in Auburn said this morning that everything south of Birmingham was shut down. He said I85 from Auburn to Montgomery was like a parking lot. He actually lived in Minnesota at one time so it wasn't bothering him much but a lot of the locals knew nothing about slick roads so it was just safer to stay home.
