Custer County, Nebraska

If I pay someone to store a tractor of mine, and I see it pulling a planter in someone else's field without my permission, I'm going to be angry and perhaps call the police and report it stolen.

If I deposit money into a bank, and that bank charges all its customers to deposit funds with them... and I know they are loaning out that money, why shouldn't I feel the same way.

I know they will likely write in a hidden clause giving themselves permission, but my expectation is this... pay me interest and you can loan out my money, charge me and I expect you to sit on it like a mother hen. Charge me to store it and then loan it out, I expect someone to go to jail.
