Subject: appears trust between bank and customers is breaking...

sure looks that way to me-
the bank was telling customers they had to demonstrate why they needed to withdraw a certain amount-this is a global bank by the way. (of course, HSBC operates differently in different regions)
Back in Nov they change policy..."omitted" telling anyone...wonder why? LOL (trying to protect their customers???-ja-don't think customer base is who they were wanting to "protect"--so is this what banks do when they go broke?
HSBC restricts large cash withdrawals without “proof” of purpose
