Subject: RE: Now another one !!

Napanee, Ontario
I do rental properties in a partnership. working on the fifth one right now... i mean that's an alternative to land thats still in RE.

Otherwise,
We are buying more cows as well as keeping back some more heifers...

Paying off debt principals is also a good option IMO... some people might say its dumb to pay down debt in low interest environment, depends on your situation i guess.

Gold is also touted by many on here.. I see a case for it too, but prefer items that seem to have more practical value right now. But i've ownd gold and would still buy it too.

I like the idea of pre-paid inputs to some degree as well... i guess it depends on the shelf life of the input amonf other things. Probably not a bad idea to have a skid of fence roll if you're a cow guy... or maybe a few tanks of diesel...barrels of grease ect. Heck, you could even get into the scrap business and put up an ad on kijiji for scrap metal...steel lasts a long time! hahah
