How does that work with $4 corn?
You'd have close to $700 tied up in rent, seed, and fert. Not too hard to add at least another $200 in crop insurance, drying (LP!), fuel, chemicals, repairs, equipment, misc debt service and overhead
Shop, shop, shop.....don't buy your inputs retail priced. I scoff at Coup for what he says he pays but he can get a better deal that 99% here. Buy all your inputs on the dark side. |
