| I would like to ask all the above if they are not comfortable with a figure of 33%, what about giving a LL 50% of the crop. Some were paying $600 cash rent and not even knowing it. You can say 33% is high but using insurance can protect you and using APH to figure it, not inflated yields one year yields. A real good year can cost you a lot on 50/50 and use ins. to protect you in the bad. | |
