I agree.


all it takes is $$$ and resources to do the report.. probably someone has to appropriate it.. or give up $$$ for their program...idk..???


However for this.. I would agree that it would be $$$ well spent and we would probably all benefit from better data.  


ps I pretty much agree with the next two posts also..(Noah and Khall..) Don't know Scott but don't doubt Ray J either.. so "good enough" for me if Ray J gives his "seal of approval."
