South cental Ohio | No garbage disposal. Totally remodeled house in 1992, electric, plumbing and all. Used all pvc pipe. I will say that I only have 1 vent and it's only a 2inch pvc pipe going out the wall to the outside and straight up about 8 feet. No weather cap on it or anything. It could be possible that the horizontal part of the vent pipe is slanting out instead of in (twards the 4 inch main pipe) creating a low spot that could be filled with water and freezes. Possible??? If so, maybe I can just cut the elbo off for now. Too damn cold to do much of anything at the moment LOL. Thanks again. | |
