I've read the replies and thank all of you. I have a question... if my vent pipe isn't working properly (froze or otherwise) why does the smell seem to be coming from UNDER the sink, not ABOVE the sink where the sink drains actually are? I don't have one of those "drain vents" (that eliminates the air lock effect), under my sink that could be malfunctioning.
Couple questions... do you have a garbage disposal?, and what kind of sewer pipe do you have? PVC, cast iron? |
