garvo-under ordinary circumstances I agree. I don't have to much respect for anyone who comes on here without the testes to say who they are. BUT, I don't care if this post by HFF was computer generated, hit the print button, and tape the list to your mirror so you read it every morning while shaving for the next 4 years. If for some reason you throw the list away, put the wastebasket in the safe. Cocky posters are about to get a rude awakening, IMO. I myself would rather be ultra prepared, and not need it, than to not prepare and wish I had. If you are making payments, the next 4 years are gonna suck.
