| I'm glad the market is coming down, hope it does even more. It will root out all the high rent rollers and many of the older generation waiting to retire will. Finally give younger guys chance to expand, even if he's going to break even. Then will be ready for the next high prices cycle when hedgefund and all the other old guys are 6 ft under.
