| By the way can you believe the state of 'news' these days when folks saying whatever they 'feel' becomes some sort of factual news. The writer clearly has no clue. Ethanol came into being to use up surplus grain which seemed to be an endless problem. What I don't like is that industry didn't take the initiative to use up the cheap and abundant feed stock on their own instead of waiting/lobbying/whatever for the gov't to come in with a plan. Wind energy appears to have the same problem - business model won't work without gov't support. I guess when gov't just keeps growing innovation loses out to milking the gov't. | |
