tennessee | That would be my question too. Most people I rent from don't have a clue what's going on in the markets. They always ask me what the prices are doing. My landowner's around here are used to a simple share lease or cash and that's about it. When you start trying to talk about flex leases and percentage's above aph they look at you like your speaking a foreign language. I've found that it's better for me and them to keep it as simple as possible. I'm not in real farm country like the I states, I'd say landowner's up there are a lot more savy to deal with. | |
