Subject: Re: Flex Rent ?'s

20 Miles West of Indianapolis Indiana
Here's what I have on one farm....
First I have to determine if its highly productive, average, or below average ground for my area.....
I pay a base rent set by Purdue university for my area based on the soils level of productivity.
Then we determine how much per bushel of beans or corn I'm paying in base rent compared to the average set by the insurance company for county t yield. If it yields above the county t yield set that spring I pay a bonus based off of those bushels and the price per bushel I was paying in base rent.
Email me if u want. I'd prefer not to post my exact cash rent on the web
