I doubt many land owners are going to have sympathy for any sales not in the top third of the marketing year and most not going to cover your sales mistakes. Now if your paying top rent and throwing that in the mix you may get some takers.If the landowners wanted risk they would farm it.
pretty much sums it up, part of the reason rent is so competitive is that the crop ins. took some risk out. How much less risk do people want?
