NCND
90% of bakken wells all have their own down hole. The down hole is the cheap part of well. To risky to depend on one down hole for 24 wells.

Now there are many down holes on single well pad. Statoil formerly Brigham had many well sites where there are 4!wellheads. Makes for more efficient cracking as they have one frack crew who fracks four wells without having to rig down and move. These jobs are fast and high paced versus traditional one well pad. I know this as a fact as we serviced these jobs with sand. The savings realized were from spending more one working versus tearing down setting up and better logistics. Eog has had some spectacular results of late in fill drilling with large amounts of sand on smaller laterals. This may be way of future.
