These heads are great at lower ground speeds. The springs don't work much above 5 mph. I set the cam stops so it runs where I want it to regardless of the springs. We have a new 12 row and this head came with poly. Our old drago had steel snoots. The steel snoots seemed to clean out better for the deck plates, and never got a deck plate stuck.
