| RayJenkins - 8/27/2013 19:39 oh....and I found two more guys holding 100K or more old crop corn today.....the countdown is on to September 16 which is the target date for getting new crop corn harvest going in our part of the world.... created a new moisture discount....I call it the "inverse buster"......absolutely no reason a person wouldn't want to harvest 25% corn on this one.....it actually pays to bring in wet corn instead of dry....but will be limited to first couple of weeks of harvest....
Was it so difficult to find 200K in 700 million that you thought it worth mentioning? Or wasn't that your point? Very easy? Then why offer the moisture incentive - other than you being the nice guy and all that?
In my part of CIL, the only possible 25% corn in mid-September will come from the sandy river bottoms, and there's not much there. |
