Nebraska aka the boondocks | to say something has a zero "probability," means you "know" all the variables.... I don't know what this is in reference to, but of course it has a chance to hit $8. We don't really know what is in the field. We don't know the damage of this heat, and we certainly don't know about any frost. We don't know if the magic 400 million bushels existed or not. We don't know the true extent of PP and the "areas" around the potholes, or how much N we lost, etc. etc. etc. We don't know what the funds may do if sparks start to fly. You cant keep stacking stress on a crop and expect a bin buster. So is $8 probable, maybe not, but it is possible. I think $6 is very probable. Why wouldn't it be given the tight carry??? I know one thing, you don't want to miss the $8 grain train if it shows up having already taken off on Agweb's $4 grain train, lol...
