Jim, we bought one those drivers a couple of years back, they are wonderful. We have heavy clay in this part of the country, we sometimes drill a 3" pilot hole about 2' deep and set tip down 8" treated pine post and drive to 4' our neighbors say it won't work but I quit digging holes, also. When you find out where the dirt goes, post it, because I was thinking the same thing. Good luck and Good grazing
