frederick, MD | Sounds like your suspicions are pretty strong. I would implement a written policy with drug testing included, among other things. Have him sign the employee hand book and next time u suspect him, send him into the local clinic that tests for this stuff.
Trust me, you can not afford for this man to have an accident and hurt himself or someone else while under the influence. | |
