Iowa | Some people cant work without drinking. Some of the hardest working people I know drink all day. That being said I wouldn't let him run equipment on the road to much cause if there is an accident you will be screwed but in the field who cares. You are lucky you can even get a employee to show up for work. You could do random mandatory drug and alcohol testing but good luck with that. 95 percent of people wouldn't pass.
