Certain flavors of copenhagen will trick a breathilizer into positives as well as smell like booze.If you want rid of him with no questions toss him a CDL book and tell him you are going to start trucking and he needs a drug test after he gets his license.Its been my experience those guys will disappear and never even get their last paycheck
