New Mexico | to go with random drug / alcohol test every once in a while?
don't know.
do know it can be an insurance issue if there's a drug / alcohol related accident with injury
( even the drunk can try to hold you liable for them being drunk while on the job )
Thank God there's still some areas where it's easy to hire good "clean" help.
Other areas?
hardly no such thing as finding help that are not "recreational" da users. just never test clean.
