We all understand the pain involved for those in dry areas.

The way the weather is working out this year in the corn belt is very close to what I heard a weatherman in Minot ND predict in January when we were having very unusual shirt-sleeve weather to move into the show when it should have been parka and electric socks.

This weatherman said the weather patterns associated with warming would lead to a long cool very wet spring followed by a hot very dry summer.

Unfortunately it looks like he was more accurate than not. What we need to look at is this pattern going to repeat itself from year to year...

Our thoughts are with you in dry areas.
