simple man - 7/30/2013 20:22 Obsession II R.R. has been great here also. Cut off,blanched and froze some. Also froze some in the shuck in the vacuum sealed bags. Friends did the same and went through the freeze/ thaw process to see how it would taste. It was grilled on the upper rack for 30 min. and tasted like fresh out on the patch. Granted it hadn't been in freezer for 6 months so that remains to be seen. 1st time for me so we'll see. If you have the freezer space and just bob off the tip and but end of the ear it puts up fast.


You must have lots of freezer space, looks like an easy idea.
What do the worms look like after the freeze and cook cycle, !
