King City, Mo | We have a ground source heating and cooling system, 8 ton, 4 zones and sprayed 64000 board ft of open cell spray foam.
Our house is kept at 71 in the summer and were on rural electric coop which is really high per kw use and our power bill last month was $275. My wife and child were home all the time.
Spray foam costs more because its worth it. I wouldn't be afraid to go open or closed cell.
Electricity is going up and up and so is propane...so how long you plan to live there...
...new kitchen Cabniets and counter tops and flooring is alot of money...and you want the kitchen to be cozy...
