Had a shade similar to that on a IH 210 draper swather. I started "Internationalizing" hay with that rig when I was 9 years old.
Yeah I ran one of those when I was a kid too. It would always pull to either the left or right.
Inflation pressure in the drive tires had a lot to do with pulling to the side. The tires on the LH side of the machine where the extra weight of the sickle and reel drive needed to have a bit more air than the tires on the RH side to make the swather drive straight.
If your swather was like ours, the inevitable hydraulic oil drips off the platform and reel controls/hoses/lines onto the RH steering clutch made that side weaker. Whenever I was under there greasing stuff I would throw dirt on that clutch. Can't prove it helped one way or the other. Ran the machine for over 30 hay seasons. Seemed like we replaced clutch disks once.
