WCIL | Dad bought a new New Holland 1469 selfpropelled about the late 60's I beleieve. No cab at first but that soon changed as we had a bad grasshopper year the second year we owned it and they would constantly get on you while running it so he put a cab with the front three windows on it to keep them off of the operator. It had two sticks like that and you really felt it at the end of the day. Best day I had on it was 35 acres. Was glad to see that thing go. Replaced it with a 499 hydro swing which we still use today. | |
