only thing I might do is get rid of the distillers and go with gluten. seems like we have a little bit better gain with gluten than distillers but it all depends on what is available in your area. If you are doing silage I assume you have a chopper or someone close does what about earlage as a way to increase drymatter per acre. Earlage can yield 20% more than shelled corn per acre and we are seeing very good results feeding. We have replaced half of our shelled corn with earlage and have same daily gain and kill sheets look the same.
