blairsville,pa | I think the biggest problem is the guy with the pencil didn't get the same reps with a shovel. I tried and tried with the local banks to buy my farm NO one would take me because acreage is a liability to the the big bank they all intended selling my mortgage to after we signed. I never missed a payment on anything in my life and had 30% to put down still no takers. Got hooked up with AGCHOICE and it has been a good experience to date. Best advice would be find a bank that understands where your comin from and are willing to help you get where you wanna go. As far as steins go I hope your right I'm about half done pouring concrete in the barn, planning on bottle to finish. Good luck! | |
