north central Oklahoma
Chad needs a new calulator for Christmas.

sample;

1# box of corn cereal;
@ $2/bu = 3.5 cents corn per 1# box
@ $3/bu = 5.3 cents corn pe 1# box
@$4/bu = 7 cents corn per 1# box

1# loaf of bread:

@$3/bu = 5 cents per 1# loaf
@$4/bu = 6.6 cents per 1# loaf
@$6/bu = 10 cents per 1# loaf
@$8/bu = 13 cents per 1# loaf

Well, more like two cents price rise input per 1$ increase in commodity price increase, and this is assuming that all 16 ounces of the finished product is either corn or wheat.
