yeah Iowa land is high, but they are form Nebraska. its usually a few thousand cheaper per acre out there. and idk what kind of rent rules they have out there but even i haven't heard end to the whole ordeal. like i said i didn't want to go sticking my nose in their business. only if they tell me how it ended will i know.
