Central Iowa | like i said on crop talk, they are from NE and were going to plant most of it to wheat, and the rest to dryland corn. SURE if the new renter planted corn than yeah pry 400 acres or more is corn or wheat as we speak. dont doubt that. but they had half the rent payed at march 1st. rent got terminated and now its the landlords son. idk what is so hard to believe about that? its as stupid of an ordeal as it sounds. i couldn't believe it either when they told me. not sure about your whole money deal you just talked about, but what i have said is all i know. i didn't go nosing into their business asking all sorts of questions about it. so dont expect me to answer everything.
