I served 10 years or so in a Methodist Church. Have been nominated but not elected to the local parish of the Catholic Church. Good for me probably, willing to serve.
We called all the shots in the Methodist Church where the priest seems to call most of the shots in the Catholic Church, we are just there for guidance and support, the way it should be I think.
How many on here are on church council?
