Served in many capacities over the years. Over time the politics of the church board will destroy the ability to truly worship. It must have been that way for a long time because even Jesus got booted over church politics.
this is very true. serve only if you have the ability to get along with everyone all the time. i actually had to leave to another church after the council dealings made it impossible for me to worship in that church.
spendthrifts big spending ideas, calling anyone not tithing on the gross a leach. if your head does not go up and down only, your in for a rough ride.
