I agree with Don yea there may be more parts worn out at a certain number of hours on a newer machine compared to an 77 or 8820 but just stop and think of the bushels that have probally been through that machine did you have a 12 row corn head on a 7720 or 8820 and drive 6mph combining 200 bpa corn I don't think so, so in a given number of hours the machine as handled 1.5 or possiblly even 2 times as many bushels as an older machine would have. And bushels and volume of material passing throught a combine is what wears them out. Dennis SEND
