West Central IL | Doesn't matter what hybrids they use, Monsanto has to approve of them before they can be blended with the main hybrid. Monsanto has the final say on what and whatnot can be blended.
Edit: Seed companies have to send them a list of what they are blending and then Monsanto takes that list and either agrees with it or makes changes to what they want it to be. Seed companies have no say on what the refuge can be, so Monsanto has most companies that buy their traits by the shorts.
