If you plant the end rows first you will notice the planter really banging around as you cross the planted rows on turns. Also will notice the old tracks when doing any other operation to the field after planting.. Will have to slow down more probably. We plant our end rows first. Have to slow down more on ends etc but it seems necessary if you have row command. I feel the damage to planted seed is very small.
