Have a rental agreement with land owner and he's called me and said the land is sold have rental agreement for this year but it says the rental agreement that he can sell at any time being he didn't notify me to March seventh does he really get to sell and the new owner gets to run it or do I get to run it? My attorney says I will be running it what do you think ?
